1. Accounts

You need a working email address to create an account. Sign-in is by email link; there are no passwords.

1a. School clubs

A high school or university club may have a public page here, maintained by its organizer or moderator. Where the club allows it, students join on this site with the email address their school issues (for example an @stu.materdei.org address); the club sets which email domains may join. The club organizer can see members' display names and remove members; the school's own registration remains the school's process.

2. What AI Clubs is

A directory and set of tools for AI communities. Clubs and events are created by their organizers. We do not run, endorse or verify clubs, and we are not a party to anything that happens at a club's events.

3. Your content

You own what you publish. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on AI Clubs, in search results and to AI assistants that index the public directory. You can edit or delete your club at any time; deleting your account removes everything you own.

4. Organizer responsibilities

• Keep your club and event details accurate.
• Only publish content you have the right to publish.
• Comply with venue rules and local law at your events.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the directory by automated means other than standard search-engine and AI-assistant indexing of public pages.
• Create fake clubs, fake events or fake memberships.
• Harass other users or post unlawful, hateful or deceptive content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Plans and payment

All plans are paid and billed monthly through Stripe once billing launches. Plans can be cancelled at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are considered case by case within 14 days of a charge.

7. Data, export and deletion

See the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all data you own from Settings at any time.

8. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe content on AI Clubs infringes your copyright, send a notice with the URL, a description of the work, your contact details and a good-faith statement to the DMCA contact below. We will remove or disable access to infringing material and notify the organizer.

9. Disclaimers and liability

AI Clubs is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from clubs, events or other users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
